This specialized harness integrates an SFF-MCIO 8X connector for SAS/SATA data with a Micro-Hi 2x4 pin connector for auxiliary power, specifically engineered for applications requiring reliable, high-bandwidth connections in space-constrained environments.

2. High-Fidelity Signal Integrity: Utilizes UL20744 85Ω impedance-matched SAS cable and a gold-plated PCB (90Ω impedance) to minimize signal loss and crosstalk.

3. Robust Industrial Construction: Built with durable materials including PBT+GF and PVC UL94V-0 overmolds, braided shielding sleeve, and reinforced strain relief for long-term reliability.

4. Dual-Function Design: Combines data (SFF-8639) and auxiliary power (Micro-Hi 2x4P) delivery in a single, organized harness, simplifying system integration.

5. Comprehensive Shielding: Features aluminum mylar shielding on data cables, braided sleeve overall shielding, and acetate cloth tape to protect against EMI/RFI interference.

6. 100% Electrically Tested: Guaranteed performance with open, short, miswire, continuity, contact resistance, and insulation resistance testing.
